Redemption Instructions
1. To redeem this voucher, go to https://www.just-eat.co.uk/.
2. Go to the ‘Your Account’ tab and click on ‘Redeem a gift card’.
3. Enter your PIN or code in the ‘Have a gift card or account credit code’ section and click on ‘Redeem’.
Please note: 1. The codes do not work on the app.
2. Google Chrome is best used to redeem codes.
3. The codes are case sensitive and will be rejected if you don’t type it in correctly.
4. In case of any further issues, you can open a ticket with the Service Desk.

1. Validity cannot be extended once expired.
2. No returns and no refunds on gift cards.
3. To activate your gift card, you must:
a. Either log into your Just Eat account or register for a Just Eat Account.
b. Visit your account section, go to Redeem a gift card and enter in your gift card code. Your account will be credited with the amount on the gift card. The account credit will be waiting for you in checkout when you make your next purchase.

5. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other Just Eat Gift Cards. Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Unused credit loaded to a Just Eat account may not be transferred to another Just Eat account.
6. Just Eat reserves the right to prevent third parties from distributing or advertising its gift cards, at its own discretion.
