Redemption Instructions

In-store and OnlineWhen at the checkout present your Gift Card to the cashier. Present to the cashier upon payment and the e-gift card will be used as a tender type, or use your e-gift card online on www.halfords.com You can use an e-gift card as part or full payment and in conjunction with another payment method such as a debit or credit card or another e-gift card or cash, in any Halfords store. The remaining funds on the e-gift card will remain available for redemption until the e-gift card expires.The customer will present their E-gift either on their phone or showing a print out, an E-gift will redeem under the Gift Card tender type button by either scanning the barcode or manually entering the 19 digit number and 4 digit pin code. E-gifts work in the same way as a Gift Card in regards to any balance remaining on the E-Gift will stay on the barcode and 19 digit number and 4 digit pin code associated with the value. Therefore if a customer presents you with a print out of an E-Gift please give it back to them if the entrie balance has not be used.

Terms and Condition

Halfords Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are redeemable against any goods or services online, in our stores and/or in our garages. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed against the purchase of another Gift Card. You may use a combination of up to three separate Halfords Gift Cards in one transaction online. You may redeem as many as you like in store. Halfords Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are non-refundable. The balance of the Gift Card cannot be returned in cash in the event of theft, loss or damage. The unredeemed balance will remain on the card. No change, vouchers or refunds will be given on any remaining balance. Gifts Cards can be used as full or partial payment, but cannot be used in conjunction with finance. A Gift Card will expire 24 months after its last use without notice and any balance cannot be refunded. You should be aware that you will be adding funds to a Halfords pre-paid gift card and not a bank account or equivalent and that any pre-payments made to Halfords are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
