1. The Gift Cards (Vouchers) is not a cheque guarantee, credit, or charge card.
2. Gift Cards (Vouchers) are valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase.
3. Gift Cards (Vouchers) may only be redeemed at eurostar.com.
4. Gift Cards (Vouchers) may be redeemed against any train, hotel, or travel insurance booking of any value.
5. For train only, travel insurance bookings, customers can use more than one Gift Cards (Vouchers) per transaction.
6. For Train and Hotel packages and hotel bookings, only one Gift Cards (Vouchers) can be used per transaction and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code.
7. Any balance left on an Gift Cards (Vouchers) on the expiry date will not be reimbursed to the customer.
8. E-vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Voucher Express reserves the right to cancel an Gift Cards (Vouchers) if it becomes aware of a contravention of this term.
9. E-vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
10. Please protect an Gift Cards (Vouchers) and treat it as cash. Voucher Express and Eurostar cannot be held liable for Gift Cards (Vouchers) which, once activated, are subsequently lost or stolen.
11. Eurostar reserves the right to refuse to accept an e-voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
12. Gift Cards (Vouchers) Express and Eurostar reserve the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the Gift Cards (Vouchers) if necessary (e.g. to change or stop selling e-vouchers).
