  5. The H&M Gift Cards (Vouchers) can be used until the balance of the card is zero. If the balance of the card is zero for three months, the H&M Gift Cards (Vouchers) is invalid and cannot be activated or used again.
  6. H&M cannot be held liable for H&M Gift Cards (Vouchers) or H&M Merchandise Gift Cards (Vouchers) once activated, which subsequently are lost, stolen, inactivated or damaged. Treat your H&M Gift Cards (Vouchers) and H&M Merchandise Cards as cash.
